About Me

Hey, there!

I'm so glad you're here! If you're looking to feel better, you've come to the right place.


 My name is Brittany, and I'm passionate about real food, simple living, and integrated healing.


After years of struggling with my own health and wellness, I began to find the answers I had been looking for through lifestyle and dietary changes. As I started to heal myself, a fire lit inside me and led to my passion for helping others do the same. 


I am now on a mission to inspire women and their families and help them overcome their mind, body, and dietary obstacles.


I received a BA from Emmanuel College in Boston, MA, and continued my education to earn a certification as a Holistic Health Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I am now on the path to receive my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification, and am thrilled to incorporate yoga and Ayurveda into my health and wellness practice.

Unlike many diet books, I'm here to tell you that no two people are identical, and there isn't one way of living that's going to work well for everyone. In our partnership, we will work together to develop a customized lifestyle to meet your bio-individual nutritional, mental, and emotional needs to reach your health and wellness goals.
